After making aggressive purchases in Q2, for the third quarter of 2025, I am hoping to keep the number of watches down and only focus on collecting watches that fit into my collection. The key direction for Q3 is to strengthen my vintage military collection as key and also my Rolex GMT watches. From year to date, I have managed to get in 29 new vintage watches while traded away 40 watches, making a small reduction of 11watches by Q3.
Since I have the Longines and Lemania Czech pilot watch and missing only the Eterna, it is therefore neccessary for me to complete the Czech Pilot collection first by getting the Eterna Czech Pilot watch. In addition, I have found a B-Uhr (Beobachtungsuhr) watch from 1940s, a watch that I used to own several years ago..
After getting the two military watches, I was also lucky to be able to find a solid 18k gold GMT Master ref 16758. Following which, I hope to build a small collection of the Rolex Root beer GMT consisting of Rolex 16758, and 16753. Nevertheless. there were two impulsive buy are the Alain Silberstein Krono Bauhaus & Krono Bauhaus 2. I have decided to take a short break from vintage watch purchase.
The Eterna Military watch made for Czech Pilot watch with a special crosse swords on the lugs will help to complete my Czech Airforce watches. (July 9)
