Summary well put by a collector:
1. Rolex, saying they didn't produce ref. 1675 with blue inserts ever (yeah, you can argue they don't say something about service parts, but read on).
2. No contradictory official document, like a spare parts catalogue showing such an insert, a delivery paper or similar; so, no service part; what would also not make any sense if there is not a factory configured GMT "precedessor" with blue insert.
3. No history of a blue insert before the millenium turn; no pic, no debate, no mention for more than twenty years of its alleged existance? No memory of an old Rolex watchmaker? Hmmmmmm.
4. More and more and more "findings" parallel to the value developement...
5. Different font.
6. Different quality.
7. Uniform look, no honest aging.
I have collected vintage watches since 1988 and I have only come across the all black bezel and the red and blue Pepsi bezel and never a Blueberry insert....
