Vintage Jaeger lecoultre moonphase

I have been contemplating on getting a Jaeger Lecoultre vintage moonphase watch for a while. It is a 36mm 18k solid gold triple calendar moonphase. The JLC moonphase comes in both 33mm and 36mm and comes in steel, steel which good bezel and solid gold.

Original silver color dial with applied hour markers and applied arabic numbers at 3, 9 and 12 0’clock, small seconds and moonphase aperture at 6 o’clock, weekday and month apertures at 12 o’clock (Month and Date wheel is in Spanish language), date on outer edge of dial indicated by the red tipped centre hand, original rose gold dauphine hands. Gold case with 18k hallmark. Date hand set by pusher at 2 h Month set by 4 h position


Pablo Picasso is known to have worn a JLC triple calendar moonphase with tear-drop lugs.
