- 3800 Aéronavale with no date, polished bezel, multi-layered matt black dial and polished bracelet;
- 3820 Transatlantique with date at 6 o'clock, circular brushed bezel, glossy black dial and brushed/polished bracelet;
I first saw the Breguet in 2003 when I was working for the Swatch Group SE Asia looking after Longines and Balmain watches. I was very keen to get one but since I was looking after Longines and Balmain, it will be a bit inconvenient as it was not right to wear other brands watches.
After 17 years, I have finally managed to find one from 2003 in Hong Kong. To keep my watches number down, I have traded my Tudor Advisor and have sold my Omega Chronostop plus cash top up for this Breguet. This Breguet Type XX will fit nicely with my other two Breguet Type XX, one from the 1950s (two registers) and another 3 registers from the 1970s with the Bakelite bezel. The Breguet type XX 3820 was discontinued in 2019.
