The ref 6305 is an interesting watch as it has the hybrid feel of the Rolex Bubbleback and Datejust. This is an early Rolex Datejust ref 6305-1 Datejust Ovettone (known by their Italian nickname Ovettone (big egg) due to the exceptional depth of case) from the year 1953 using the early A296 semi bubbleback movement in my favourite 18k rose gold. Despite it having the semi bubbleback movement, the watch is highly accurate for its age....
