Francis Phua: I am from Singapore and I am now working in Hong Kong in the TCM industry responsible for production, distribution, brand building,customer loyalty and Marketing for HKG & Macau. Previously, I have worked in the fashion industry, FMCGs and the luxury goods business in Singapore, Taiwan, Vietnam, Cambodia responsible for brand building and distribution.
